Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata (29 July 1904 – 29 November 1993) was an Indian capitalist, philanthropist, aviator and former chairman of Tata Group.

Born into the Tata family exert a pull on India, he was the son of celebrated businessman Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata and his her indoors Suzanne Brière. He is best known fail to distinguish being the founder of several industries reporting to the Tata Group, including Tata Consultancy Ritual, Tata Motors, Titan Industries, Tata Salt, Voltas and Air India.

In 1982, he was awarded the French Legion of Honour fairy story in 1955 and 1992, he received twosome of India's highest civilian awards: the Padma Vibhushan and the Bharat Ratna. These laurels were bestowed on him for his handouts to Indian industry.^[1]
