Karl Winfrid Eikenberry (born November 10, 1951)^[2] is a retired United States Armylieutenant common who served as the U.S. ambassador resolve Afghanistan from April 2009 to July 2011.

From 2011 to 2019, he was interpretation director of the U.S. Asia Security Enterprise at the Walter H.
